West Somerset Mind is a small organisation affiliated to Mind, the leading mental health charity in England and Wales, providing a wide range of local mental services. It works to fight the stigma and social exclusion faced by those who experience mental or emotional distress, and to help those who are experiencing or have experienced distress to get their lives back on course, to build confidence and to improve the quality of their lives.
It also works to improve communication and co-operation between statutory and non-statutory service providers and other groups and individuals in West Somerset who have an interest in mental health.

The West Somerset Mind offices are open for public advice and information from Monday to Friday from 9.30 a.m. to 11.00 a.m., and additionally on Tuesdays from 4.30 p.m. to 6.00 p.m.
