Get on your bike and pedal for the NSPCC

Anyone can take part regardless of age, fitness, ability or the speed of bike. Rides can take place in local parks with the family or over a longer distance for those wanting a more gruelling challenge. The ride can also be completed on a stationary bike at the gym.
NSPCC Big Bike Ride co-ordinator Claire Wormley said: This is a great way to get fitter, shift the Christmas pounds or simply enjoy the great outdoors. Every penny raised makes it possible for us to continue our vital work with some of the most vulnerable children and young people across England, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.
