Tim Chilcott
Two teenagers have been convicted of the manslaughter of Timothy Chilcott at Exeter Crown Court.
The Court heard that the two youths, 19 year old Sean Wylds and a 16 year old (who cannot be named) had been drinking heavily on the evening last January before they attacked Mr. Chilcott.
Mr. Chilcott, who has been described as a very caring man was punched in the face before he fell and fractured his skull. Paramedics arrived at the scene and took him to Musgrove hospital, Taunton, but he died the following day.
The pair, who had both denied manslaughter, will be sentenced at a later date.

It closes a page for the family but does very little for British justice and the hope of stopping this sort of crime.
