Subject: Villes Lane Road and Housing Proposals

The community of Porlock faces an important decision with significant implications for the future of the village. It is clear that there is currently widespread concern, much of which is based on misunderstandings and incorrect assumptions.
In order that everyone has a clear understanding of the proposals, all are invited to attend:
- an Extraordinary Parish Council Pulbic Meeting
On Wednesday 7th October
At Porlock Village Hall - 7pm
Here, the overall proposals will be explained in detail. This will include an open Q&A session at which any concerns can be raised. The objective is to ensure everyone has the opportunity to understand the "big picture" before ... - A Consultation Drop-in Event
On Thursday October 8th
At Porlock Village Hall 3pm - 8pm
This meeting will consist of 2 parts.
From 3pm - 6.30pm - an opportunity to discuss detailed questions individually with the relevant bodies and experts
At 6.30pm - a second Public Meeting to understand and discuss any outstanding concerns
