The American Museum in Britain

How about a vist to Americana Museum, exploring the gardens and woodlands, playing in all the new Americana Heritage exhibit and encounter the drama of the 2008 exhibition, Titanic sounds?... all can be found at Cleverton Manor.
The American Heritage Exhibition opened in the Spring of 2007 in the newly refurbished lower level of the main house. This is for small kids and teenagers to have fun with touch screens and question boards and more.
Exploring the gardens and woodlands - George Washington's American garden at Mount Vernon and American Arboretum. Why not enjoy a 1½ hour tour of Claverton's grounds led by a member of the gardening staff, includes the Mount Vernon Garden and Arboretum. There are also two walking trails, the Lewis & Clark Trail and the Backwoods Trail
Kids can benefit too....there are activities for children ages 5 and over.... see events.
