Police seek help to trace owner of pedal cycle

Pedal cycle found but... who's the owner?
Police are appealing for information after recovering a pedal cycle at a house in Taunton on Friday 21st November 2008.
To date enquiries to locate the owner of the pedal cycle have been unsuccessful and we believe it may be lost or stolen.
