Tai Chi Classes
Every Monday 6.45pm - 8.15pm at Upper High Street, Taunton (from 8 September 2008)
Every Wednesday 1pm - 2pm at Bishops Hull Church Hall (over 60+)
This is a free, fun, opportunity to come and try some relaxing Tai Chi exercises in the park. No experience is necessary and there's no age limit young or old. (Children must be accompanied by and adult).
