Hello everyone and welcome to 'Fret' Magazine's page on aboutmyarea!
Firstly, I'd like to tell you a quick bit about the magazine. So what's it all about?
'Fret' magazine is going to be a music magazine aimed at all types of music lovers in the Wells, Glastonbury and Street area. Each month we will publish a 16 page colour magazine detailing local music events, local band reviews, interviews, venue reviews plus lots more.....
We aim to bring you all the latest news and events of the Somerset music scene. We aim to help unsigned bands/acts to get publicised and achieve their goals.
At this point I'd like to appeal to any band or act who would like to appear or feature in any way in the first publish of 'Fret' magazine in two months time. I want to hear from you now. We will review your gig, interview a band member, write an article and take pictures. A great way to get noticed all free of charge!
We also want venue's that host live music to get involved. We need full gig listings for each month. Plus advertisers and sponsors needed.

And who am I?
I am a twenty five year old Wells resident for my whole life who has a big passion in music and the local scene. I also enjoy writing, designing, and publishing. So I've decided to put all my most passionate interests together and make this magazine! Puelry for my enjoyment and to help the unsigned acts.
