Blue Bullet - Band Review

Blue Bullet headlined a very up-close and personal gig in the Rifleman's pub in Glastonbury on a very cold Wednesday evening.
The set included fans favourites ‘Axiom' and ‘Foreigner' which was dedicated to and sung by former band front man Nathan Phillips!
Then they proceeded to rock the Rife's with a few cover tracks including Sabbath's ‘Paranoid' and an astonishing version of Lynnard Skynnard's classic ballad ‘Freebird' which saw some extraordinary solo guitar work by the band's lead guitarist Stuart Clarke, who completed his solo with his trademark ‘guitar over head' technique which you have to see to believe!
On this chilly festive evening Blue Bullet were supported by ‘Press Play', another local band who performed some instrumental versions of their songs, due to currently being without a lead singer.
The Rifleman's pub in Glastonbury regularly holds gigs for local unsigned talent, which is organised by GAS.
You can catch the band at a venue near you very soon, they are planning some more gigs locally before setting off on tour. See their Myspace web page for details. www.myspace.co.uk/bluebulletrocks
