Yummy Honey Cake
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup oil
1 cup sour cream
1 cup honey
1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
5 eggs
2 3/4 to 3 cups flour
Beat sugar and eggs, add honey and beat well. Slowly add oil, beating on a lower
speed until completely blended. Add sour cream and beat again. Combine flour,
baking powder and baking soda & add to mixture. Beat until smooth. Pour into
greased 9"x12" pan. Bake about 1 hour in a 350¼ oven.
