Croydon residents shape up for summer

FULLY QUALIFIED instructors are on hand to assist people to either learn new skills or to simply enjoy taking part. Courses range from badminton and aerobics to argentenian tango!!
The classes which are part of Croydon council's Active Lifestyles programmes vary in intensity and are suitable for regular exercisers as well as those who have never exercised before.
The April/May programme introduces the Green Gym, a free activity combining keep fit with practical environmental work to help conserve the beauty of Selsdon Wood.
