Professor Rotherham and Masterchef Simon Smith have put their heads together and prepared a sumptuous menu of medieval culinary delights which will take you back in time, from Norman cookery through to 18th Century fare.
This is a lighthearted look back at our culinary heritage with Simon guiding you through expert preparation, whilst Professor Rotherham puts it all into historical context.
You will have chance to taste the delights of the day and recipe cards will be provided for you to take away.
