Five trophy haul for Whittington

Whittington F.C. held their annual presentation this week and were celebrating a unique five trophy haul. The Club's Under 11 Pride swept to success in the Burton Junior League winning the League and Cup double without losing a game. The Under 10 Lions finished runner's up playing a year above their age, also in the Burton Junior League. The Under 8 Albion side were league champions in the Tamworth Junior League in their first season. To round things off the Club's Under 9 Wolves team won their age group at the Club's annual Tournament held at Whittington Barracks.
