Fitness Classes in Fradley

All classes are taken by Charlotte who is a qualified and experienced
teacher for The Fitness League. (www.thefitnessleague.com)
Classes are held every Thursday morning in term time at Fradley Village Hall.
9.05am - 10.05am - School mums work-out.
An invigorating fitness class which includes an aerobic section, bums, legs and tums toning, and
stretching. Bring a mat/towel for floorwork. £3 per class.
10.15am - 11.15am - 55+ keep-fit.
A gentle, fun and friendly class for ladies. The class starts with a warm-up followed by gentle toning,
stretching and relaxtion. Bring a mat/towel for floorwork but if you don't want to get down onto the floor, there are always alternative exerices to do sat on a chair. £3 per class.

11.30am - 12.15pm - FROM NOVEMBER 8TH - Toddlers Fit N Fun class
For children aged between 18months and 4years. First we warm-up (mums included!) then use apparatus such as hoops, balls, balloons and scarves to dance to music. Also, we do lots of activities to improve co-ordination, stamina, confidance and musicality. £3 per class.
Post-Natal Exercise Courses
Charlotte also runs Post-Natal Exercise courses for mums with babies aged from 6 weeks to 6 months. This is a six week course of gentle and effective exercise to ease you back into fitness after having a baby. Bring your baby with you! The time and venue for this class varies from course to course, so booking is required. £25 for the six week course.
