Egg Nog

A family friendly version of the classic Christmas cocktail.
Serves: 6
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
4 eggs
25ml Sugar syrup (or 2tbsp sugar dissolved in 25ml water)
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp Ground mixed spice
1 1/2 pints of milk
1. Break the eggs into a large bowl and whisk until frothy.
2. Add the sugar syrup and a teaspoon of vanilla extract, half a teaspoon of ground cinnamon and half a teaspoon of mixed spice.
3. Whisking thoroughly, gradually add a pint and a half of milk, whisking at the same time.
4. Serve in tumblers.
