If you are looking to take a rental holiday in Spain, then this really is the place to look. Lying between the sea and the mountains, Nerja is a beautiful Spanish town, situated 53 km from Malaga, and a little over 35 mins along the eastern coast of the Costa del Sol. Nerja was once a tiny fishing village, but is now a popular tourist destination, which has really kept a Spanish feel about it.
You can choose from around 400 bars and restaurants to visit, which include traditional tapas bars full of local delicacies. The area surrounding Nerja is stooped in history and you will find plenty to see and do.

Richard and Jane Jackson have two rental properties in Nerja, 22 and 74 Verano Azul.

Both properties have access to two communal pools, secluded gardens and lawned areas.
Rates
Rentals for 22 Verano Azul run from £375 a week in the winter to £575 a week in July and August. Christmas and New Year are £575.
Rentals for 74 Verano Azul run from £270 a week in the winter to £425 a week in July and August. Christmas and New Year are £400.
