The Community Pride event will have a ‘Happy Hearts' theme, helping you to look after your health whilst celebrating Valentine's Day and spreading some love within your community. Come along and take part in gentle exercise classes with Lichfield District Council's Mobile Leisure Team and resuscitation and first aid demonstrations with St John's Ambulance. Tamworth and Lichfield College will also be on hand help you unwind with aromatherapy sessions.
As well as these fun activities, local agencies such the police, fire service, Touchstone Heart and Homezone will be on hand to answer questions or deal with any problems.
Nuala Stewart, Regeneration Manager, said: "We're hoping loads of people will join us at this event. It's a fantastic opportunity to meet other local people and share your views on the future of your community, while having a fun afternoon. So, come along and take part."
