Here's some ideas to get you started:
- Reuse carrier bags when shopping
- Keep the verge in front of your house free of rubbish
- Clean-up after your dog when out walking
- Put a bird feeder in your garden
- Don't play your music too loudly at night
- Get to know your neighbours - hold a neighbourhood get-together
- Paint your front door and gates
- Get green-fingered and put up some hanging baskets
- Hold or take part in a Community Pride event
Who's involved?
The Police, Lichfield District Council, HomeZone, Trading Standards, The Fire Service, all Staffordshire councils and many more all thank you for taking pride in your community!
