Pink Pick me up

Rich in foliate, manganese, potassium, fibre, Vitamin C, magnesium, tryptophan, iron, copper and phosphorus. The red pigment is considered to be rich in anti-cancer agents. Try this nutritious and delicious heath drink.
Ingredients
1 beetroot
2 apples
2 carrots
Method
If you have a juicer, follow the manufacturer's instructions.
Or
Peel and core the apples, top, tail and peel the carrots and beetroot and liquidise well.
Sieving will remove some of the fibre content of the juice, so it is best to drink it as it is. If you're apples aren't particularly juicy you may need a little water to loosen.
