Look Who's 40! Calling all past pupils and parents of Greysbrooke Primary School!

2008 is a very special year for Greysbrooke Primary School. It is our 40th Birthday!
To celebrate, FROGS will be organising various events and activities for anyone with connections to our school including previous and present parents, pupils and local residents. The ‘Quiz Night' with a Cheese & Wine supper on the 28th February kicked off the events for this historic year.
The main event, at the end of the school year, will be a ‘Family Garden Party'. This unique occasion will be free of charge and will include a ‘Pig Roast', various displays plus lots of activities suitable for all ages, from age 9 months to 99 years! We are producing a Commemorative programme to include the history of the school & details of the days activities and times. If you have any suitable memorabilia or can offer help with the printing, please contact Bridget on 07711 142006.
FROGS are very busy organising lots of activities for the Party and so far there has been fantastic support from local businesses: Russells Butchers, Chocolat International, The Fox & Hounds, The Holly Bush, Little Hay, The Railway, South Staffs Freight & Co ....to name a few. If you'd like to sponsor one of the activities or donate a raffle prize please contact either the school office on 01543 480321 or FROGS on 07711 142006 or Perhaps you know a local celebrity who could open the Party?
If so, please use the above contacts. Our school Caterers will be making a huge Birthday cake and this event is being supported by other groups as well as the church. We want to be sure that everyone in the local community is able to come and join in the celebrations.

60's Theme Day On the 10th April all pupils have been asked to dress up in 60's attire for a special theme day. FROGS will be producing their annual calendar using group photos of all staff & pupils born in each month. Parents, family and friends will be able to buy the calendars at the 40th Birthday Party on the 5th July.
Our very successful football team would like to replace their kit and are looking for someone to sponsor them. The sponsors name and logo would appear on the shirts and they would be kept up-to-date with the team's progress. Please contact the office on 01543 480321 if you can help.
