If you live in a rural part of the district, your council needs you!
Lichfield District Council has sent out 6,000 surveys to residents living in rural areas to find out their experiences and views about housing in the district. The Council is now urging rural residents to fill in and send back the questionnaire to inform the plans for future development in rural areas.
The Rural Housing Needs Survey should only take around ten minutes to complete, and will help the Council to develop rural housing policies.
Richard King, Strategic Director of Democratic, Development and Legal Services, said: "We're hoping to get lots of surveys back so we can base our plans on what local people want for their area. So, if you have received a survey, please return your completed questionnaire no later than Wednesday 4 June to Outside UK Ltd, 4 Park Place, Leeds, LS1 2RU."
