Federation of Middlesex Sport

The Federation of Middlesex & City of London Sports was launched in 1988 at the first ever Middlesex Sports Awards by Sue Barker, now the BBC's female sports anchor.
The FMS has gone from strength to strength in its own very unique way. It was founded by Russell Grant, the Lord of Ashford in Staines Middlesex, Fred Griggs and Sir Peter Yarranton, who sadly passed away in June 2003.
