Neighbourhood Offices

Neighbourhood Offices provide a link between people who live and work in Birmingham and the services available from the City Council.
They can help you with:
- benefit claims
- money worries
- debt problems
- housing issues
- council tax
- getting a job
- education and training
- waste recycling
and much more. . .
"Meeting your Needs"
Neighbourhood Office staff provide advice and information to help you to sort out your problems. They can arrange for you to speak to an advisor with community language skills.
Birmingham City Council has 34 Neighbourhood Offices located across the city, to provide a local point of contact. Additional locations are used as surgeries to provide even more convenient access to services.
If you cannot visit a Neighbourhood Office
You can send your query via e-mail to: adviceline@birmingham.gov.uk or phone Contact Birmingham on (0121) 303 1111 where they can deal with all your enquiries. The lines are open from 8am-8pm Monday to Friday.
