The views seen here have been created by the award winning rga landscapes - a West Midlands practice whose wide portfolio includes parks in London, Saudi Arabia, landscape design for Center Parcs and Milton Keynes Shopping Centre.  The fees for the All Saints design work have been covered by Kings Heath Centre Partnership.

When completed it is hoped the town square will provide a new home for the Kings Heath farmers market and other regular events.

Have a look at the pictures and then have your say via the Kings Heath community website.

The plans look great and will brighten the area up and it looks people friendly but please remember, people still need toilet facilities, so many areas are out of bounds to people like myself who need them often!

Looks good but what happens to all the existing trees? Are they to be lost in spite of surviving the great winds? It seems the front looks pewrfect - no cars the newly contructed entrance by the doctors is a nightmare not wide enough and a dangerous bend - do we presume this is another fudge by the car haters who forget many church goers and visitors to the doctors must use a car - shame we need to rember reality accesss for all and do not allow good trees to be felled needlessly, is this another planners fudge like the cricket ground development which showed the main road outside the ground pedstrianised or is it like Wheelers Lane sports hall that appears totally different and on different levels to the plans shown to an open meeting of the Kings Heath Forum?

Lets know just what is likey to be the true finished plan not an artists imagination out of touch and untrue.

I don't find these pictures or images very inspiring. Nor am I a great fan of the architecture of the new Medical Centre. Let's not waste this opportunity to create a wonderful new central focal point for Kings Heath.

My husband and I believe the artists drawings look very good. I would be very pleased to see the war memorial moved as its a disgrace to see drunks sitting on it every Saturday.
Please plant as many trees as possibble, its bad enough the parks department pull out the trees do not cut out trees in the village as well. My Husbands family have lived in Kings Heath for over 100yrs and we continued to support both the shops and buisness within Kings Heath. A water feature would be nice but with litter and graffiti We can see that this might not be supported by everyone.Looking at the councillor's opinions i wonder wether these are refective of his constituants or just personel views or does the local council not want the folk of KingsHeath to a have a beatiful square one does wonder
