FREE OSTEOPOROSIS OPEN DAY
St Barbara's Church Hall,Rochester Road 2.30pm
The local support group is offering a three-hour rolling programme from 2.30 pm at St Barbara's Church Hall. Events include a demonstration of Wiltshire Farm Foods, various illustrated talks on aspects of osteoporosis, EXTEND exercise sessions, a talk on the Expert Patient Programme and a talk on Coventry's Healthy Walks Programme.
