Breakfast Bread

Ingredients
- 1 cup of plain flour
- 3 eggs
- 4 large rashers of bacon
- 1/2 tin of chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup of cheese
- 1 onion
- 1/2 cup mushrooms
Method
- Pre-oven to 200o c.
- Grease loaf tin.
- Chop the bacon, mushrooms and onions and grate the cheese.
- Put all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix together. It should have a consistency quite like cake mix.
- Pour into your loaf tin and cook for 1 hour.
- Cut into strips and serve - delicious with baked beans!
For vegetarians substitute the bacon with extra mushrooms and onions.
