Summer Strawberry Ice Cream
Ingredients:
- 8oz natural yogurt
- 8oz fresh custard
- 8oz chopped strawberries
- Gently stir all the ingredients together.
- Pour into a freezer-proof container.
- Allow to freeze for 3-4 hours, stirring once halfway through the freezing time
Serve - with extra fresh strawberries for a real treat!
Why not try this recipe using raspberries instead of strawberries or a mixture of the two fruits?
