Fruity Sticks

Healthy, simple and fun to eat!
Ingredients:
A selection of different fruits in season
Cut up the fruits into chunks and slices that will fit onto kebab sticks. Let the children thread the different fruits onto the sticks. (Make sure they eat the fruit from the side of the sticks so they don't spike their mouths). This is a great way not only to get children to eat more fruit but also for them to learn about all the different fruits
