Oat Crunchies

Ingredients:
75g plain flour
1/2 level teaspoon bicarb of soda
75g caster sugar
75g rolled oats
75g butter/margarine
15ml/1 tablespoon golden syrup
15ml/1 tablespoon milk
1. Light ovens at gas mark 4. Grease two baking trays
2. Sift flour and bicarb of soda into bowl
3. Stir in sugar and oats
4. Melt butter/margarine, milk and syrup. Pour over dry ingredients
5. Roll into small balls
6. Place on prepared baking trays. Flatten slightly
7. Bake for 20 to 25 mins until golden brown
