Granny's Special Cookies
8oz soft margarine
2oz drinking chocolate
½ tsp vanilla essence
8oz self-raising flour
4oz dark brown sugar
- Cream margarine, sugar and vanilla together.
- Fold in drinking chocolate and flour.
- Mix to a thick paste and shape into small balls
- Place on greased baking tray and lightly press down
- Bake for 15 minutes in a fairly hot oven
- Decorate as you wish - melted chocolate with chocolate sprinkles is yummy!
