Eat Raw Food!
There are apparently 101 reasons why we should eat raw food.
Now some of them are obvious:
You'll nourish your body with food that is designed to be eaten.
The ingredients within junk food will repulse you. (Bite the dust Mc Donalds!)
You'll be less drawn to unhealthy food.
Some make you definitely want to try the ideas:
You can eat chocolate and lose weight.
You'll have more energy.
You'll be the last one standing after a night out!
You'll live longer!
Others? Well you may well be wondering whether they breach the Trades Description Act:
You'll look great first thing in the morning. ( I wonder how they can manage that for everyone?)
You may notice you look as good as you did in your teens. (That's if you did look good in your teens presumably!)
You'll achieve your ideal body weight.
Your tummy will be flatter. (How can I resist?)
Any cellulite will start to fade, or even totally disappear.
You'll start to reverse the signs of ageing. WOW!
Any disease within the body may start to repair.
You'll beat depression naturally.
Your brain will function better.
Now you have to ask yourself, why doesn't the NHS or Weight Watchers pick this up?
There are some financial and environmental incentives too:
You won't ever need your oven again. (Given the price of fuel this one is a winner)
You'll barely need your freezer.
You'll need less make-up. (That'll save me a fortune!)
You'll have much less waste that the average household. (ANy reduction on Council Tax?)
You'll start to really care about what you clean your house with.
You'll be more aware of the environment.
You'll stand less chance of burning your house down. (The Fire Service will love this one)
So if you want to find out more take a look at the Total Raw Food website .
As well as the other reasons for eating raw there are recipes, articles, information on superfoods etc. Well worth a look although there are a lot of adverts.
