Recruitment Resourcers...needed!
If you are already working in Recruitment and you wanto widen your business experience, then look no further...As a Recruitment Resourcer you can develop the foundation needed to build up your recruitment career.
Our client is currently looking for Resourcers to work closely alongside established Recruitment Consultants and Account Managers and be involved in sourcing suitable candidates. Working as part of a team and guiding others to ensure the best possible candidates are sourced for each position, youll be at the forefront of candidate care.
Role:
- telephone based work
- calling candidates to assess their suitability for the role you are looking to fill
- searching for relevant candidates from web-based recruitment sites
- writing and placing adverts on web-based recruitment sites
- providing a valuable support role to the consultants Sales Account Managers through all stages of the recruitment process.
Skills required:
- A good academic background is also required, a degree would be beneficial, although by no means essential.
- a confident communicator as you will be dealing with inbound and outbound calls
- good organisational skills
- able to prioritise your own workload
Positions are available in various locations throughout the UK.
