Beautiful holiday home to rent in SW France.
Situated on the Siblu La Reserve holiday park in the Aquitaine area. This is an ideal place to spend your family holiday.
Situated amongst pine forests La Reserve has its own sandy beach and lake so no getting in the car or a long walk with your buckets and spades.
This is ideal for children as the ocean beaches can be very lively - great if you're a surfer but not if you're small and not long out of armbands.

The park also boasts a great outdoor swimming pool with a 4 lane waterslide and waterchute. For those who prefer the water warmer there is also an indoor heated pool. Both pools are watched by qualified lifeguards.
There are a number of different facilities and activities available at the park.
4 outdoor play areas: Archery: Beach volleyball: Bicycle hire: Boules: Football coaching: Multi sports pitch for ball games: Tennis: Pool and Table Tennis: Video games room: Satellite big screen in bar.
There is a programme of day time and evening entertainment.

The site has it's own mini supermarket, Bars, Restaurant and Take away. There is a much larger supermarket not far away.
ACCOMMODATION
The home offers 3 bedrooms.1 double and 2 twin bedrooms.The double bedroom has an en-suite shower room and toilet. We also provide a baby travel cot. One of the single beds can be stored underneath the other to make space for the cot.

There is also a further second shower room and toilet. So no fighting in the mornings.
The sofa in the living area also converts easily to another double bed. Allowing up to 8 people to stay.
In the living area we have Sky TV and a CD player.
The dining area and modern kitchen are fitted with a gas oven and hob, large fridge freezer and microwave.
The home also has it's own washing machine, so no trooping along to the launderette only to find they're all being used. A real bonus, believe me!
Outside there is a large partly covered decking area with an electric BBQ and sun loungers. Ideal for dining and sun bathing.
At the end of the day why not walk to the beach. Relax with a bottle of wine and watch the sun go down over the lake.
