A Devizes disco has raised £100 to support some of the UK's most disadvantaged children.
Barnardo's South West received the proceeds from a recent ‘Bluez ‘n' Zuz' event held at the Corn Exchange.
Organised by PC Adam Hall of Wiltshire Constabulary, it provided a safe and social environment for 12 to 16-year-olds to enjoy themselves.
PC Hall visited the local Barnardo's fundraising store in Wine Street to present the proceeds to shop manager Cynthia Hart and her team.
Cynthia said: "We are delighted to receive this generous donation on behalf of the charity.
"It will be used to support our work with families who are challenged by poverty, abuse, disability and discrimination."
PC Hall said: "It's great to be able to support such a worthwhile charity, and we look forward to helping it again through similar events in the future."
The Devizes store is open from Monday to Saturday from 9am-5pm.
It always welcomes donations of good quality books, clothes, toys and games, as well as offers of help from potential volunteers.

In 2006/07, Barnardo's South West supported more than 13,000 children and young people from all across the region.
Locally it is responsible for projects in Calne, Chippenham, Malmesbury, Wootton Bassett and Trowbridge.
