Community Action: MK - Introduction to European Social Fund Grants

This course is an introduction to the European Social Fund (ESF) community grant. This programme funds activities to support the most disadvantaged individuals to access further learning opportunities or progress to employment.

12th July 9.15am-12.00noon
Community Action: MK Boardroom, CMK
Course starts at 9.30am refreshments - registration from 9.15am
Learning outcomes:
By the end of the course participants will be able to identify the criteria for this fund, check their eligibility to apply and learn how to complete an application.
Who is this course aimed at?
Any voluntary or community group in Milton Keynes that feel that they meet the criteria. In order not to waste your time we strongly advise that you read the funding criteria before booking on to this course.
Grants of up to £12,000 are now available to third sector organisations in the South East who support the most disadvantaged individuals to access further learning opportunities or progress to employment. People benefitting from these grants will be experiencing barriers to access services and will be either not in paid work, or economically inactive. Click here for more information.

* Lone parents
* Women
* People with health/disability issues
* Older people
* People from ethnic minorities & diverse communities
