Central Bedfordshire Council uses the roadworks.org website to provide information about planned road works.
Roadworks.org incorporates information from Central Bedfordshire Council and many other Local Authorities, the Highways Agency, Transport for London and many utility companies.
Just type your postcode, town name or Local Authority name to view current and planned road works.
- Use roadworks.org to check road works by postcode, town name or Local Authority
- Register with roadworks.org alerts to get emailed road works information for Central Bedfordshire
- Find out about general road and pavement information on Central Beds Council website
Road works alerts
You can also set up road works alerts to be sent to your email address for Central Bedfordshire. You will see this on the right hand side of your screen when you go to the roadworks.org website. For your alert area, type in Central Bedfordshire.
Please note that the roadworks.org website is only includes road works where notice has been given to Central Bedfordshire Council and normally where the work is due to take longer than three days. The roadworks.org website does not include mobile (i.e. hedge cutting) or emergency works.
