Kegworth Bowls Club 2010 Season Gets Underway

The 2010 season is about to get underway at Kegworth Bowls Club with two Open Days on Saturday 10th April and Saturday 17th April.
Kegworth Bowls ClubKegworth Bowls Club is a private club that was founded in 1931. The green is situated on Nottingham Road opposite the King George V Playing Fields. It has its own clubhouse with dining facilities, home and visitors changing rooms and a bar.
The Club Open Days start from 10.00am to 12noon and 2.00pm to 4.00pm on both days. If you wish to 'have a go' to see if you would like to play all you need is a pair of flat soled shoes. There is no membership fee for new members in their first year of membership.
Although the Club currently has a separate Men's and Ladies' section, it does also play in mixed team matches and enquiries are welcomed from men or ladies from the age of 9 to 90.
