This weekend 13th and 14th February sees Pancake Weekend at Wakefield Farm Shop, Potterspury, just a few miles south of Towcester on the A5.

Alan Poulton, farm shop manager said, "Shrove Tuesday is next Tuesday 16th February so we thought we would offer pancake treats in the tea room all weekend and on Shrove Tuesday.

"Next week is half term for most of the schools and pancakes are great fun for all.

"Although there is much more than just pancakes come along to the farm shop and see what we have to offer - for example our Venison sausages in natural skins are very popular at the moment. Tasting always available."
