We want contributors to be provocative but responsible

How do you become an interactive contributor?

You can join as:

A Contributor able to create and add content which the Site Editor posts on the website on your behalf.

A Registered User able to add content to designated areas of the website.

You could be:

  • a local society posting newsletters, membership news, events or how to become new member.
  • a charity wanting to publicise the cause it supports and why.
  • a campaigning group concerned about local issues such as closure of post offices, new building developments, the environment, crime or public services.
  • a local politician or MP who wants a forum to talk directly to people in the community about the specific initiatives or policies you believe in.
  • local police and fire and rescue services wanting to keep people informed.
  • a public sector organisation, such as the local council or NHS Trust - that wants to keep people informed about the services you provide.
  • someone with specialist knowledge such as gardening, IT, how to save energy or any specialist subject that people would find useful to know more about.
