welcome to your AMAZing newsletter
covering Hornsea, Holderness & The East Yorkshire Coast

Welcome to this weeks AboutMyArea Newsletter!

I've got to admit that I've been away this week and I've had some catching-up to do in order to produce the Newsletter. So please keep checking the websites over the coming days and I'll let you know whatever I find out about Half Term activities.

Half Term already, would you believe it! It seems like they've just gone back to school! Talking about Schools... Come on you educational establishhments, you must have lots of activities taking place during the Autumn & Winter terms. Why don't you send them in and we can help let everyone in the Community know about it!

Talking about Christmas, we recently received our first Christmas Menu's from The Victoria in Hornsea and now we also have our first Christmas Fair to announce! This one is in aid of St .Lawrence Church, Sigglesthorne near Seaton. It is all the more important because just this week, thieves broke in and stole lead from the Church roof causing extensive damage. So all help would be appreciated.

I hope you've all been listening to the Radio 5 Live broadcasts that are currently taking place from Hull this week? If not then you can have a few laughs at the Hull Comedy Festival or catch some World Music at the Musicport Festival taking place in Bridlington. Remember, that this weekend is also the RSPB's 'Feed The Birds' weekend so have at look at that article and you might find an event near you. After all that you can perhaps have a relaxing Reflexology or other therapeutic treatment at the new Résonances Holistic Therapies Studio in Hornsea - just click on their sidebar over on the right, to find out more.

Whatever you do, take care and we'll see you again next week!

Cheers,

John.
