Hello The schools are back - the autumn grind has started and there are lots of activities out there for all of us and we have the local elections for our new Cheadle & Gatley councillor tomorrow. Coming up this week there is news of a consultation for the future look and development of Cheadle Green whilst BRanCHes (a low carbon community organisation) are having their launch event in Bramhall this weekend. For the younger of us we have the Junior North East Lawn Tennis Championships and for the very young news of a Halloween event in Cheadle Hulme. There are simply lots of events to go to if you like walking at: Stockport Walking & Outdoors - check out our What's on section and there was a spectacular flower show in Cheadle Hulme on Saturday - take a look at the photos of the exhibits. Finally if hobbies and entertainment are not your priorities, but you are looking for work then read "Discover a new way of Life". Kindest regards Your editor Anna Triantis
