Sooyang Do Martial Art is a unique training system which enables its participants to build confidence and self esteem whilst learning valuable self defence skills and enhancing their fitness levels in a safe and friendly enviroment.
We mainly train in intervals, using high energy bursts with little recovery time which is an excellent way of burning any unwanted body fat as well as being an excellent stress buster.
All Instructors are fully qualified,insured, first aid trained and are members of the PVG Scheme as well as having attended 3rd party training courses in Sports Coaching and Child Protection.
Sooyang Do is a Clup Cap approved martial art and is a member of Aberdeen City and Shire Sports Councils.
