Towel Ladder Radiators

Hi I have been fitting many towel ladder radiators across Ayrshire recently and thought I would share my findings with you.
Most people hang their wet / used towels over the existing radiator in the bathroom which will both dry the towel and release welcome moisture into the air. This will help combat the drying effect modern central heating has on the air in your home (this dry air can contribute to headaches and can irritate conditions such as asthma etc).
Good news so far, however by blocking the top of the radiator the heat is not convected resulting in warm dry towels but unfortunately a cold room. Not good news with the approaching Ayrshire winter weather!!
A simple solution is to replace your existing bathroom radiator with a new highly efficient towel ladder radiator. This will provide better heat output as well as dry and warm your towels with important moisture release into the air.
The towel ladders come in a range of sizes to suit with finishes in Chrome, Brushed Stainless, White enamelled etc. With a combi system it should only take a few hours to drain down the system, fit the new radiator, re-charge and bleed the system and you are ready for the winters worst.
I fitted one last week which even had clip-on knobs to hang Bath robes / Housecoats etc and a ring halfway down to take a hand towel. This will change the way you leap out of bed and rush into the bathroom on the cold winter mornings.
If you need any further advice or information on this or any other property maintenance, repair or improvement issue please get in touch. Thanks Andy. www.home-call.net
