Judi with SantaA magical woodland grotto will be appearing once again at Hinchingbrooke Country Park on Sunday 23 December from 11am until 3pm.
Helpful elves will guide you on a surprising woodland trail with sparkly trees and a quiz to test your Christmas knowledge. Re-energise yourselves with complimentary warm blackcurrant and fairy cakes or biscuits (mulled wine and mince pies for adults) before meeting Father Christmas and receiving a special gift.
You can meet Leonberger dogs who will be pulling carts of presents ready for children on Christmas Day. They love to be petted and admired.
Leo with sleighAlison Gray, Ranger with Huntingdonshire District Council, said: "The excitement of finding Father Christmas tucked away in a wondrous grotto is fantastic festive fun. You never know what you are going to find at Hinchingbrooke Country Park as this is just one of the many events we hold. You may even bump into the Christmas Fairy who has flown down from the top of the tree to meet you!"
The cost is £5 per child, juice/wine and mince pies/fairy cakes included, and there will be suitable gifts for children aged five and under, or six to 10 years. There is no need to book. Call 01480 451568 for further information.
