This week Neston High School is launching an exciting campaign to trace the 10000 people who have been students since it became a Comprehensive School in 1972.
Long established as a school which represents comprehensive education at its best, Neston is embarking on this ambitious project to reinforce this fact.
Headteacher, Steven Dool commented: "This is an important moment in the history of our school.
"We know that out there are many former students who are following all sorts of careers and we would like to hear from them.
"We know that there are people who are running their own businesses, are doctors, lawyers, teachers, work in the fields of science, banking, retail, care, hairdressing - in fact in every area of employment you could think of.
"We know that there are also people who have achieved great success in their personal lives. These people are role models for today's students."
The project is being managed by Mrs Judith Gilmour (Assistant Headteacher, Community Development) who added: "In order to achieve our aim we need the whole community to support us by letting former students know that we would like to hear from them."
If AboutMyArea readers are former pupils of Neston High, or know people who are, there are a number of ways to pass your information on:

Mrs Gilmour added: "You can give as much or as little information as you wish, but it would be ideal if you could give us your name, the dates you attended the school, and what you have done since you left."
Okay, Neston - the challenge is on.....RU10FR10000?
