Cadets from 2375 (Neston) Squadron, Air Cadets, like nothing better than to increase awareness of the Air Cadets and to raise funds.
In the last couple of months, they have raised funds for the Royal Air Force Association (Wings Appeal), the Royal British Legion by selling poppies to remember our fallen, and more recently, they were among the thousands of people who trekked the streets of Liverpool in Santa outfits to raise money for worthwhile charities.
The Cadets feel proud in taking part in these events, and take part every year. They enjoy the camaraderie, and, working as a team, whilst raising much needed funds.
Their future endeavours include "bag-packs", helping customers pack their shopping, raising funds for charitable causes. So if you see them in your local supermarkets, please don't walk to the tills with no cadet - remember, they are doing it to help others.
Wishing you a Merry Christmas and a happy New Year from all at 2375 (Neston) Squadron, ATC.
