Parkgate People Enjoy Carols in the Rain

Despite an untimely downpour, residents of Parkgate enjoyed an outdoor carol sing-along at St Thomas' Church this week.

Led by Reverend Alan Dawson and accompanied by the Rock Ferry Salvation Army Brass Band, illuminated by candles that miraculously stayed lit despite the rain, everyone enjoyed the opportunity to flex their festive vocal chords, before retiring to the Church for warming refreshments.
