It's been a busy summer at Helen Griffiths Physiotherapy, with plenty of people being discharged after significant improvements in their injury.

As the kids headed back to school in September so did Helen, attending a Sports Injury Course at Oswestry Orthpaedic Hospital. Helen said: "I feel it's always important to refresh and expand your knowledge; the course was very insightful and I am looking forward to applying what I learned to my clients in clinic."
