Pupils at Neston Primary School produced an array of poignant, colourful and creative work to mark Armistice Day, the 100th Anniversary of the end of WW1.
The children took part in a special service of remembrance organised by the school's Rotakids group, the school gates were decorated with poppies and a wreath was also laid at the local War Memorial.
The artwork and writing has been used to create a display in the school.
Annabel Elliott (Deputy-Headteacher) said: "We were amazed by the standard of work produced, the time invested and the research pupils had carried out for this special, and important, project.
"We are all very proud of what our pupils have have achieved."
