This New Year, Cheshire West and Chester Libraries are holding a Health and Wellbeing week with a range of activities to help improve mental health and physical well-being.
Neston Library is teaming up with various partners to provide something for everyone.
Why not take the opportunity to visit the library, where you can connect with other people at our coffee morning; get active at our Zest Fitness session; take notice of the things around you with Burton and Neston History Society; and keep learning at our tablet and smartphone session.

Adult Craft and Colouring Group, 10am-11.30am
Tuesday 29 January
Special Rhyme & Storytime, with our local PCSO, 11.15am-11.45am
Burton and Neston History Society
View the David Scott Collection and other local history materials, 2pm-5pm
Wednesday 30 January
Wellbeing Coffee Morning, with Macmillan and Healthwatch, 10am-12pm
Tablet and Smartphone Session, 2pm-4pm
Thursday 31 January
Zest Fitness Session, 10.30am -11.30am (trainers essential)
Friday 1 February
Pirate Toddlers Story and Rhyme time, 11.15am-11.45am
I.T. Buddy Session 5.30pm-6.30pm
Saturday 2 February
Therapy Dog 10.30am-11.30am
Lego Club 10am-11.30am
If you've got lots of free time why not consider volunteering? The Library Service has information on lots of different opportunities and it's a great way to meet new people and feel valued.
